SUN IN LATE SCORPIO–THE STINGER’S TAIL AND GANDANTA

EYE ON THE SKY: SUN ON THE EDGE

The end of Scorpio, 27-30 degrees is called the stinger’s tail and is know as  gandanta which literally means drowning.  The Sun will be in this area until Dec. 13-15th  and it can be an intense zone for a few days particularly for Leos  when it is most vulnerable between 29.20-29.59 Scorpio.  The key is to get in touch with the deep karmic subconscious patterns and heal them and transform them.  This transit will most impact you if  you are  Scorpio, Leo or Taurus  rising signs and if you have key planets 26-0 there.

We have been feeling the intensity already but then it moves into the most intense area of the zodiac so you will be called up to work hard.  The most difficult part of the journey when Sun is Scorpio 29.20-29.49 Dec. 15th  when the psyche wants to unravel material sheaths and break free and this can create emotional turmoil.  This is an area where one does not feel emotional support and difficult problems are tricky to unravel.  Get a head start on these on Friday before it seem to intense on Saturday.

Go deep into the fear and recognize the illusion of it. You are safe and secure and no one or nothing can harm you. 99% of that which we fear never happens.  The first 40 minutes of Sun in Sagittarius on Sunday is also intense but most of it will be complete  early Sunday.  The  first 3 degrees of Sagittarius is the Mula Gandanta where the material can unravel and the call is for deeper spiritual growth and initiation but the Sun is exalted in this pada Dec 16-18th and has the strength to move through Divine transformation  and find the spiritual realm of existence.  Time to stay on top of your meditation and spiritual practice for the next 3-4 days to keep your center.  Remember that this is a short transit and will pass quickly and holiday joy will be here soon.
