REFLECTIONS ON SATURN: STRONG IN D-9 TIL FEB. 25TH

EYE ON THE SKY:  SATURN AT 20 DEGREES

Saturn is most activated in transit when it hits the last 20 degrees of the sign and that will now be the case now until it goes into Capricorn in January 2020.   Saturn is in Libra Navamsha now in the D-9 until Feb. 25th so the higher and more spiritual qualities of Saturn will come out and extra energy for strong responsibility and energy for getting a lot of work done.   It has its highest energies of being clever, focused, well-organized, steady in love, conventional, faithful, self-sufficient and practical  and luck with foreign connections.  Still  exalted malefics can get overcharged so watch that energy as it can take over and get out of balance so watch over-working the next month.

We really need to appreciate this strong and balanced Saturn in Sagittarius as later in the year we will get the weaker and imbalanced Saturn as it starts getting too close to Ketu in early April and then goes retrograde and on April 29th until Sept 18th and creates more challenges.  Feb, March and Dec are two of the better months for Saturn and hence for Capricorn and Aquarius rising and Saturn Atmakarka so enjoy its meditate grandeur and power now.  By May 1st it gets hit by a sneaky 8th house aspect from Mars and gets afflicted causing frustration and anxiety and delays and into June 13th and it gets hit by a Mars/Rahu opposition which is one of the more challenging events of the year that we will write more about later.

It Saturday so a good day for cleaning and repairing things and catching up on work and Saturn responds well to hard work and doing things punctually.  Saturn gets a hard rap but the next month will bring out its brightest qualities so appreciate the energy for the next month.  Enjoy the beauty of winter and the silence and even though Jupiter is the season connected to winter, I always think of Saturn coldness and deep silence. Enjoy your weekend!
