PLUTO STATIONARY ON OCT 3RD: POWER AND TRANSFORMATION
Pluto is going stationary direct early on Thursday and is very powerful in the sky. Pluto is connected with power and transformation and in extreme cases death of the old so that the new can arise. The cocoon has be destroyed so that the butterfly can emerge.
Dennis Harness, notes that the Indian astrologers have started to pay attention to more the outer planets:

In Mundane astrology, Pluto is connected to deep secrets, mass media, mob psychology , crowds, gangs and terrorism, atomic energy. Pluto is in sidereal Sagittarius around degrees and is opposing the US natal Sun. This suggests a need for major transformation for the US and it is status in the world which has been slowly diminishing over the past year anyway. Pluto is very slow and this aspect has been active for months but does peak today. Given the nuclear tensions with Iran, the Pluto stationary movement could finally bring progess to this issue especially with Venus going into Libra and wanting peace.
Pluto is going stationary at 26 degrees Sagittarius. If you have any planets within 2 degrees of that area or if you have planets at 22 degrees Pisces/ Virgo, Gemini or Leo, you might feel the impact of Pluto strongly the next few days. Scorpio rising, very connected to Pluto and death and transformation may also feel the impact of Pluto and I have found that it is very connected to the solar plexus and can be a powerful day for personal transformation and lots of energy for Scorpio rising. Also whatever house Sagittarius is connected may be the house having the most influence. So if you are Scorpio rising, 2nd house may be most affected by Pluto in Sagittarius which means issues around family and money may be up for transformation.
